update PluginRun, add config property

Merged Eelco van der Wel requested to merge pluginrun into dev
  • PluginRun stores plugin_module and plugin_name instead of Plugin. run_plugin_from_id imports the relevant plugin and runs it.
  • new config property in PluginRun to store a config string.
